Family-Owned in Shawano Since 2018
P&D Quality Auto Service opened in 2018 at the longtime home of Nat & Don's old auto repair shop at 107 E 5th Street. As your neighbors and fellow Shawano community members, we believe that in the business of auto repair, "Service is the Difference."
Your vehicle is a major investment, and keeping it reliable shouldn't come with dealership markups or high-pressure upsells. Whether you're stopping in for a quick oil and filter change, getting ready for a Wisconsin winter, or working within a tight household budget, we walk you through what needs immediate attention versus what can safely wait.
As an Auto Value Certified Service Center, qualifying repairs are backed by the Confidence Plus® North American Warranty covering parts and labor wherever you travel.
Need to spread out maintenance? We give straightforward estimates and help you prioritize safety-critical repairs first so you stay safely on the road.
What Shawano Drivers Say About P&D
Rated 4.7 out of 5 stars across 46+ Google reviews from local families and commuters.
"I live locally and made the big mistake of having an oil change done while on a road trip. I suspected something was wrong when my oil was black immediately after and took it in to P&D where my family has had all their work done on their cars for years. P&D got me back on the road and all fixed up. Now I know the work was done correctly."
"Always amazing service! Gets you a deal if he can and works with you to get priorities done when you are on a budget!!! Can't say enough about how great they are!"
"Excellent customer service. Fair prices, trustworthy diagnostics, and they treat every customer and vehicle with full attention from start to finish."
